Sign up Instructions#

  1. Please visit your organization's CertGroundā„¢ website. For example:
  2. Please scroll to the bottom of the home page and click the Register button.
  3. Please enter the required information:
    • your email address
    • password (must include at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number)
    • re-enter your password to confirm
    • answer the skill testing question
  4. Please confirm that you have read and agree with the End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy.
  5. Click the Register button.
  6. You should see a notifcation at the top left of the screen to let you know if your registration was successful. If the notifcation has a red background there was an error.
  7. There will be an email sent to your inbox to confirm your email address and account registration.
    • The email will be from an address which looks like the following.
    • Trainin Coordinator <noreply@training.[YOUR ORGANIZATION]
    • your organization's letter head will be included at the top of the email.
  8. Please read the email and follow the link 'Complete Registration to CertGroundā„¢'.
  9. The link should re-direct you to the login page.
  10. Please enter your email and password to view your profile.

Member Accounts#

Member accounts are created with information obtained from your organization. You are required to register and set the password you are going to use to access your CertGroundā„¢ Member Account. To see which information is used to create the Member Account please refer to the Privacy Policy

Email Address#

The email address needed to register and login is the one that is one file with your organization or union hall.
